Breakfast for dinner kinda day

Every now and then...and I mean VERY rarely...I will cook up some eggs, grits, sometimes bacon and toast for dinner. It's only on the really really good days will I do this. It happens maybe five or six times a year. Today was one of those days.

Today was one of those days where you wanna drink green tea, mess up your eating schedule, sit outside, thank God for everything He is. Today was one of those days that I could live every day.

I could say it was the rain. I could say it was a lovely trip to the Waffle House. I could say it was the peanut butter and chocolate I'm enjoying so much right now. I would probably be dishonest, however. Joel showed me a beautiful time today, and it went by way too fast. We talked and played cards, played staring games and enjoyed the rain. Yellow spots and goofy faces; I couldn't have asked for a better time, and I'm so very thankful for it. Thank you so much Joel, for making my day absolutely wonderfully stellar! Is it bad that I miss you already?

Now, here I sit...about to soak up some Office season four...thanks to my awfully sweet boyfriend. I should probably first have my quiet time. I have a lot to be thankful for. Honduras in less than a week, and I'm getting so anxious! Pray pray pray pray pray. Seriously, pray.

I want to do sharpie art. And take pictures. And paint. And play the guitar. And sing. And drink green tea. And play in the rain.

And smile
