Today I feel beautiful. I feel refreshed. I feel accomplished. I could take on the world.

I spent hours cleaning my bedroom today, and as much as it was very hard work, it really gave me a gigantic sense of accomplishment and confidence in myself.  I feel wonderful. Class in just a couple of short hours, and I feel able to take it on with a smile. 

I vow to smile all the way through class tonight. All 4 1/2 typically miserable hours.
